Two things have been hard to get over the last month, one an internet connection for any length of time – and two free time suitable for mucking about doing this kind of thing – when they have been available they have usually been mutually exclusive (i.e. visiting someone, they might have an internet connection but as your visiting its not possible to sit there for an hour on the laptop being unsociable)
anyways I will continue with delayed coverage and try to get up to date over the next couple of weeks.
So where I left was in torino, drove from there across northern Italy then then up to lake Garda and camped one night there and then got in to Trento at about midday on Friday the 3rd In time to see most of the cars lining up for scrutineering in one of the main piazza’s. Transport up the hill was perfect – a cable car ride then about a 1km walk to a great spot sitting under trees with veiws of 3 corners and views out over the city and across the valley of some of the Alps.
to get things down to a manageable upload size I had to cut down to only 150 photos out of over 1000 photos and videos – i’ll have to try and get a hold of some kind of connection than can handle uploading 10GB of photos and videos when I get the the UK.
